I came to Release PT with a painful debilitating knee— So much I had to use crutches. I was feeling pretty down. Elliot has been a superstar doing a combination of needling (which he’s very intuitive with), laser, and Shockwave. He encouraged me to start walking, do a few key strengthening exercises, and pool work. In a little over 2 weeks I’m walking without crutches and getting stronger little by little… Very happy to have found him and this place!

I have had about 6 visits with Mia and my improvement has been better and certainly more consequential than with any PT I have gone to before. My pain is reduced and I can now do some things that had escaped me. This time I have the hope and expectation that with “Mia and her machine” I am working my way back to a normal life.

I’ve really enjoyed my time working with Mia over the past several months. When I sought a psychical therapist my past experiences made me think there wasn’t much they were going to be able to do to help me but send me home with some exercises, but my ideas were outdated. Every session is a full hour long spent treating my injury with new technology and massage therapy, stretching and exercise. My therapist clearly explains all she’s doing to treat me, what to expect and what she’s seeing in my body. I leave every session feeling worlds better and I’m slowly making good progress toward recovery. I thought I would be stuck managing pain forever but now feel like I am making some progress towards healing.

Deborah has been fantastic! I've been going for almost a month, and I've already seen a lot of improvement. She's been great at identifying ways that I had been unintentionally compensating for underdeveloped muscles post-op and using different techniques to target those areas. Release PT in general has been great, too, with great hours, a simple app interface for at-home exercises, and an easy waitlist process for sessions if a week is otherwise booked.

Sally has been a trusted medical guide and a compassionate partner throughout my recovery. Can't recommend her enough!
