Sally is an amazing PT! She’s skilled at what she does, explains things clearly, and asks for input and feedback in terms of what is helping me (or not). I really appreciate late her focus on manual work, trusting me to do the at home exercises. After a few appointments I have hope that I’ll regain more ankle mobility and assurance that what I’m experiencing is normal. She clearly cares about her patients and her work.

I can’t recommend Release PT highly enough, especially Deborah! I started seeing her for a significant plantar fascia tear that happened in the spring and a return-to-sport plan, while also dealing with ongoing plantar fasciitis in my other foot. She is extremely attentive and really takes a holistic approach. She listens carefully, asks thoughtful questions, and doesn’t just focus on the immediate injury. She looks at the bigger picture of how I’m moving, how I’m progressing, and what I need to ultimately get back. I’ve been really impressed by how knowledgeable she is, but also by how invested she is in my recovery. I originally planned to come in for just a few sessions, but I’ve ended up continuing because the time I spend at Release PT is honestly one of the most important parts of my week as I continue to heal. We’ve incorporated both focal and radial shockwave therapy along with other treatment and rehab work. The entire office is also wonderful. The front desk staff are warm and friendly, everyone is welcoming, and the space itself is inviting and comfortable. I’m very grateful I found them!

I’ve been in physical therapy multiple times with 5 different clinics throughout my life and this is without a doubt the best place I’ve been to. Sally is an exceptional physical therapist who has helped me with a collarbone break and is currently helping me rehab an acl tear. Nothing but positive experiences with release.
